Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or stealing their information is strictly forbidden. No malware or harmful code may be used with the intent to damage the platform's software or systems. Using this platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions is entirely unlawful and such activities will be subject to legal action. Involvement in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and the relevant authorities may be notified.
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must comply with the applicable minimum and maximum limits. After a deposit is made, some processing time may be required — this timeframe depends on the payment method. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after the verification procedure is completed, and identity confirmation documents may be requested if necessary. If any suspicious transaction is detected, bat 3333 reserves the right to place that transaction on hold. Records of all transactions are maintained and may be presented to regulatory authorities if required.
Each game has its own rules, and it is your responsibility to read them carefully before you start playing. If a technical error causes the outcome of any game to be uncertain, bat 3333 reserves the right to void that round. The random number generator (RNG) system used to determine game results is fair and verifiable. If you have a dispute regarding a game result, you must contact the support team within the specified timeframe. If your internet connection is lost during a gaming session, the result of that session will be saved in the system and can be viewed once you reconnect.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter may be brought before a competent court. bat 3333 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. bat 3333 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation. If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure, it will be refunded after verification is completed; however, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period will be handled in accordance with the applicable policy. Relevant sections of these terms and conditions will remain in effect even after account closure.
